ABSTRACT


The present study was carried out with workers the civil construction and uni- versity professors, with the objective of analyzing and understand the discourse on the relati onships education-health-work.

Using qualitative method for analysis of that discourse, were identify re- lationships based on the theoretical framework of Betty Neuman and in the treorical fo- undation of the ergonomycs and of the ergonomycs and the psychology of the work, between another.

We on the outputs could say that in the relationships helth and work, and the re lationships education and health, the opinions resemble each other, same in quite different categories. This doesn't occur in relationship to the educatio and the work.

From general manner, the analysis facilitated evidence tha reality, in which the workers lack old informations in reference of their activities of the work, and they desire for educational methods for the health and for the work, with the goal of improving their quality of life.
