The present study aims at the correlation of the reason to be with the accomplishment of the mission in the organizations, the optimization and flexibilization of its pocess and the formation of teams.
The methodology applied privileged the research of planing and leadership models, a comparative study of planning and leadership models, a comparative study of defferent approaches of the quality and the selection of several systems related to the development of the human potencial. Based on this study, a mettod for the application in management programmes for total quality is proposed, in which the main characteristic consists of the simultaneous and integrated approach of topics researched on.
A case study realized in a company acting in the field of electric energy made the analysis of the efects possible, which result from training programmes, in witch the technological as well as and motivational aspects were approached.
The results obtained show that the simultaneous approach of technological
and motivational aspects imply in alterations in the movement of the involved
groups, in a form to permit more cooperation in favour of the development
of a given programme.
